We have a number of other validated assays for allergens using
in-house and third-party reagents that we can offer. These include
industrial enzymes such as amylase (from fungal, bacterial and
animal sources), protease, latex allergens, mite allergens, other
animal allergens and fish parvalbumins, total protein etc.
